What does Clean Junk Out, Inc. do?
We are a local junk removal company. Clean JunkOut, Inc. offers a fast and professional junk clean-up service for residential and commercial customers. We will remove any items you no longer want.
What types of material do you haul away?
- Old Furniture (couches, chairs, mattresses, tables, etc)
- Yard / Garden Debris (branches, fencing, mulch, firewood, etc)
- Construction / Renovation Debris (drywall, wood, cabinets, etc)
- Appliances (washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioner units)
- General Household Junk (garage cleanouts, foreclosures, rentals, hoarders, estate sales)
- Office Clean-outs (office furniture and equipment)
- Concrete / Bricks / Dirt / Sod (walkways, patios, landscaping)
Not So Common Junk Include:
Hot tubs, pianos, organs, car ports, motorcycles, snowmobiles, industrial machines. (We will take almost anything.)
What do you charge?
Pricing is based on the volume of the material hauled away. Estimates are given over the phone, and firm prices are given upon arrival. We need to see the Junk for an accurate price.
Are you insured?
Yes, The Junk Revolution carries General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and Auto Insurance.
How big are your trucks?
Our trucks have large metal containers on the back of them which have a capacity of 16 cubic yards. They are 14 ft. long, 8 ft. wide and 4.75 ft. tall (equal to about 7 pick-up loads).
What areas do you provide the junk removal service?
We service the Great Pasadena and Los Angeles County areas..
How can I pay?
We accept all Major Credit Cards and cash.
Can Clean Junk Out haul my junk from 2 separate locations?
Yes, if the sites are less than 3 miles apart. If not, 2 separate appointments need to be made.
Do you take any hazardous materials?
No, Clean Junk Out is not licensed to haul hazardous materials.
Do you take paint?
Clean Junk Out can take paint, but original label must be present.
Does Clean Junk Out pick up items for free?
No, all prices are based on the volume of the material we haul.
Do I need to be on site to have the job done?
No, but Clean Junk Out needs to have access to the junk and we need to have the ability confirm price and payment prior to the job.
What happens to my junk when you haul it away?
We recycle, donate or dump the junk. Our goal is to keep as much out of the landfill as possible. Sometimes up to 60% stays out of landfills.
Why can’t I get a firm price over the phone?
Pricing is based on the volume of your junk. We will quote you an estimate range over the phone. When we physically see the junk, we can give you a firm price. Texting a picture allows us to get close on the estimate.
