Clean Junk Out provided excellent customer service. When first looking for someone to come and help clean up some of the old furniture and construction items we had I was unsure where to start. Called in the late evening, got a response right away. The next morning we recieved our estimate and an option for saving some money. I opted to have them bring me a dumpster and fill it myself, as opposed the them bringing a crew over to remove the items. Within 20 minutes he returned with the dumpster and said I could keep it for 5 days. I ended up keeping it for 7days with no extra charge. Recieved a text when they were on thier way and within 20 minutes he arrived. Removed dumpster and provided great customer service. I recieved a text later ensuring that everything went well. I will definitely be using Clean Out Junk again if needed.
